Mental Competition Preparation  download

In my opinion you should let it rip at competitions. Attack more than defend or flee. The purpose of this mental exercise is to prepare you for a competition - a specific, important competition. During this exercise you will see yourself at the competition. This audio track supports the concepts of chapter 11 in the book.

Competition - Shooting in finals download

This audio track is created specifically for assisting you in preparing to shoot in finals. You will need to pick a specific important competition that you are going to attend. At the competition, you will meet opponents that are generally weaker than you, but also opponents that are stronger than you. Before starting the exercise, I would like you to pick a specific competition, and two opponents. Go for opponents that you have met before and that you know. Pick one opponent that normally would be stronger than you, and one opponent that normally would be weaker. This audio track supports chapter 11 - Mental Competition Preparation in the book
